Who are we?
In 1990, Forest Grove Reformed Church saw a need for affordable childcare in our community. They also knew they had space that was not being utilized during the week that could be used for a childcare center. In 1991, Forest Grove Christian Learning Center opened its doors. Over the years, hundreds of kids in our community have encountered the love of Jesus through CLC.
In recent history, following the COVID pandemic, not only was FGCLC able to survive, but we were blessed to receive a couple of grants. By God’s grace these grants allowed us to improve the FGCLC spaces with new paint, carpet, and a new playground.
In 2026, FGCLC will celebrate 25 years of ministry. It has been and continues to be a challenge to run an affordable childcare center, but we thank God for the kindness He has shown us through FGCLC since 1991 and we look forward to what God has in store for the future of FGCLC!
